Our journey began out of personal necessity: after struggling with gluten intolerance and missing out on our favorite baked treats, we knew there had to be a better way. Frustrated with the limited and often disappointing gluten-free options out there, we decided to take matters into our own hands. What started as a home kitchen adventure soon became a passionate mission to create delicious, high-quality pastries that everyone can enjoy — whether you live gluten-free by choice or by need.
